30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, in new condition, and returned with the original packaging, hardware, and included components.

Installed or modified parts

Automotive parts that have been installed, used, damaged during installation, or modified may not be eligible for return. Customers are responsible for checking fitment before purchase and for using proper installation practices.

Return shipping

If a confirmed product defect or quality issue caused the return, AMVirtuo will cover return shipping. For wrong-product orders, changed-mind returns, refused delivery, or non-defect reasons, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
